How to get there:The train station at Barnetby is the closest to the airport. The downside is it's size (it is VERY boring at Humberside Airport, the best time I had there was watching a Helicopter practicing take offs and landings for an hour...) and the limited facilities. Food wasn't great the times I've been subjected to Humberside Airport. (which is roughly 15-20 times, I used to take that trip a lot.).

Still, it holds good memories and it is very useful for people living in the surroundings. I've never had any trouble with queues, nor with security, luggage, etc. Due to it's small size there just ain't many things to deal with for staff and they do their job very well.

The first time you arrive at Humberside you will be amused by the way the runway crosses a road - there are beams which go down when a Plane leaves or lands.... I suppose it was the most cost-effective way of dealing with it at the time!
