Lisbon Airport was really well equipped and had many failities. We arrived with more than enough time to spare before I return flight home, and enjoyed the large open spaces in which to sit an read our books. Because we were so early we were confused as to where our check-in desk was. However, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English.

We got a transfer to and from our hotel, which was arranged by our travel agent. We were very pleased that we booked this, as although there are buses into the city, it seemed like a long way and we saw no signposts for the bus stops. I enjoyed my flight more knowing that there was a taxi waiting for us when we got there.

Lisbon Airport was very helpful, friendly and modern and provided us with the ideal place in which to wait for our flight.
